Awards for Excellence
ISM—St. Louis recognizes companies that go above and beyond to give back to the supply chain management profession who have provided exemplary support within the region.
Finalists are selected from current applications received from July to September of each year. Applications are reviewed by a board appointed panel for excellence in the following categories:
Process, People and Organization, Innovation, Supplier Diversity, and Sustainability. Multiple entries by companies are welcomed in one of the aforementioned categories.
Winners are announced during the award celebration in January. Finalists are required to attend and are encouraged to share their stories of excellence in supply management. Finalists and winners are celebrated on the chapter website and may be included in marketing material.
What information must the nomination package contain?
- A completed nomination form including nominee’s full name, title, business address, telephone, email address, executive sponsor, and finalist contact information
- Company summary and bio
- Leadership bio and summary
- A write up on the nominated company’s contribution or success in one of the following areas: Process, People and Organization, Innovation, Supplier Diversity, and Sustainability – Multiple submissions by companies are acceptable, but they will require a separate nomination package
- Additional supporting documentation deemed significant by the nominator including news clips, letters of recommendations, applicable media, etc.
