A Proud History

ISM—St. Louis, Inc. was founded in 1916 by two St. Louis area procurement professionals, F.W. Russe of the Mallinckrodt Chemical Company, and A. Sherwood of the Morton Salt Company.

110 years later, ISM—St. Louis continues to provide local and national leadership in supply chain management, particularly in the areas of education and standards of excellence.

Chapter Meeting

ISM-St. Louis: St. Louis Zoo Nutrition Center Tour

Join ISM-St. Louis on May 20th for an event at the St. Louis Zoo! ISM-STL members are invited to attend a tailored business operations tour at the St. Louis Zoo Orthwein Animal Nutrition Center. You'll learn about the supply chain operations and challenges in feeding the zoo inhabitants.

1:10 PM – Zoo Docent walks us to the Nutrition Center
1:20 PM - Tour of Nutrition Center
2:15 PM – Informal Networking

Additional Information
This tour will last approximately 60 minutes. While the tour is indoors in a climate-controlled area, part of the tour does include briefly going into a walk-in refrigerator and freezer at the Nutrition Center.
